Sourced from various mills across the globe, these door cores makes fire door manufacturing process robust and efficient to meet the ever increasing demand of third party tested, ready to use solutions. Chipboard core are prevalent, widely used and the most popular of solid door cores due to its good all-round performance, coupled with excellent availability and affordable price. Chipboard cores are made from ground-up wood from offcuts and recycled timber, mixed with glue and pressed into shape.

Chipboard cores are available in 30, 60 and 90 min fire resistance along with non-fire rated solid and hollow cores. We also offer composite ready to use door cores for 120min fire rating
